The synthesis department: Equipped with multiple high-performance liquid-phase peptide automatic synthesizers, solid-phase peptide synthesis devices, preparative chromatography equipment, lab-scale (Gram grade) and production-scale Kilogram-Scale (5kg) lyophilizers, and low-temperature centrifuges.
Innovates chemical and biological synthesis methods, optimizes processes, and enhances synthesis efficiency and product quality, supporting pilot, intermediate, and large-scale production, while driving new raw material R&D.
The quality department: HPLC, GC, and MS instruments to set quality standards. It conducts physicochemical, identification, and stability tests, delivering comprehensive data analysis to guarantee product quality.
The formulation department and efficacy evaluation lab:
Equipped with multi-wavelength microplate readers, inverted fluorescence microscopes, fluorescent microplate readers, biosafety cabinets, and CO₂ incubators. They focus on innovative formulation research and efficacy mechanism exploration, building a cosmetic formulation library. Efficacy testing includes biochemical, cellular, zebrafish, and human trials.
