蓝铜肽INCI名称为三肽-1 铜,是三肽-1的铜络合物,最早于1973年从人血浆中分离得到。蓝铜肽最早被发现有修复伤口的作用,随着研究的深入,越来越多的功能被开发。作为一种信号肽,蓝铜肽可以作为组织重塑的激活剂,具有促进伤疤外部大量胶原蛋白集聚物的降解,皮肤正常胶原蛋白的合成,具有抗炎、抗氧化、提高肌肤弹性,减少皱纹等作用。
不同厂家合成蓝铜肽的路线各有差异,现有最常用的技术以Cbz保护的甘氨酸和赖氨酸为原料,反应步骤复杂,中间体难以纯化,操作复杂、后处理操作繁琐、最后氢化去保护基成本高,容易引入重金属杂质,且终成品具有一定的吸潮性。如ZL 2020105938589、ZL 2020105900153等专利中均采用液相合成法。
