Copper Tripeptide-1, also known as GHK-Cu, is a copper complex of Tripeptide-1 first isolated from human plasma in 1973. Initially discovered for its wound-repairing properties, Copper Tripeptide-1 has since been found to possess a wide range of benefits. As a signaling peptide, it acts as a tissue remodeling activator, promoting the degradation of excessive collagen accumulation in scars and supporting the synthesis of normal skin collagen. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory, antioxidant effects, improves skin elasticity, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

Across the industry, every manufacturer guards its own GHK-Cu recipe, yet most still follow the “classic” liquid-phase sequence claimed in patents such as ZL 2020105938589 and ZL 2020105900153: Cbz-glycine and Cbz-lysine are stitched together through a long relay of couplings. The route is infamous for stubborn intermediates that refuse to crystallize, endless aqueous work-ups, high-pressure hydrogenolysis to cleave the Cbz groups (costly, hazardous, and a well-known gate for heavy-metal carry-over), and a final blue solid that turns sticky the moment the humidity ticks past 55 %RH.

CongenPharma  GHK Cu Copper Peptide  is produced via our proprietary patented route “A method for synthesizing Tripeptide-1 and GHK-Cu” (Patent No. ZL202311370843.6), delivering:
1、Fewer protecting groups, one-pot process—higher yield, shorter batch time, lower emissions.
2、Key intermediates ≥ 99 % pure; no downstream impurities, no extra purification needed.
3、HCl-mediated de-protection—ion-exchange or salt-swap steps eliminated.
4、Final GHK-Cu: ≥ 99 % purity, ultra-low impurities, deep indigo–violet non-hygroscopic crystals.
5、Cost-stable, energy-efficient, and readily scaled to industrial production.

Benchmarking CG GHK-Cu against the global blue-peptide field: our product delivers ≥ 99.0 % purity (HPLC area %), while the industry norm hovers at 95–98 %; and a vivid, non-clumping indigo–violet crystal that stays free-flowing even at 75 % RH—no sticky navy paste, no brown-speck contamination. In short, CongenPharma ’s GHK-Cu sets a new visual and analytical gold standard that leaves competing vials looking—and performing—second-rate.
